Ms. Vang: I was born in a refugee camp in Thailand. My family immigrated to the United States in April of 1992. I had always lived in Madison, Wisconsin. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education at UW-Madison. I received my Master's degree in Language and Literacy from Kaplan University. I have three children. One boy and two girls. My oldest daughter will be attending middle school next year.
